Eric J. Stockland – Chief Executive Officer
As the owner and founder of Charter Bay Home Builders, Eric has a passion for remodeling, building, and innovation that comes through in everything he does. Formerly, as Chief Operating Officer for Nohl Crest Homes, Eric was responsible for all aspects of building 150 high-end homes each year throughout Tampa (Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough, Manatee, and Sarasota counties.) With prices ranging from $400,000 to nearly $2,000,000 these homes represented the pinnacle of quality and design in the Tampa market.
Prior to that Eric owned and operated a Tampa home remodeling and home renovation company for five years. He focused on kitchen remodeling, bath remodeling, and larger home renovation projects. He then joined US Home Corporation as a construction superintendent and worked his way up to VP-Project Manager in charge of a large new home building operation in Pasco county.
With his extensive hands on experience – plus experience leading teams of drafters, architects, designers, design studios, and construction managers - Charter Bay clients can achieve anything they desire from "small and simple" to "grand and luxurious" in their home remodel or custom new home.
