Recently, we passed a third Knauf Chinese drywall environmental clearance inspection in as many weeks. In addition to our primary custom home building activities, we also continue to offer turn-key Chinese drywall remediation services.
As per the Option 2 Self-Remediation, (Option 2 is when the homeowner selects their own contractor) an independent environmental inspector must inspect and certify that the home has been properly cleaned and is completely free of all traces of Chinese drywall.
