Yes! As a licensed real estate broker, we can help you scout out, evaluate, and purchase the perfect lot for your home. We’ll guide you through buildability, zoning, permitting, and potential red flags before you buy so there are no surprises down the road.
No problem. We don’t charge change order fees. If you want to tweak a layout, swap a finish, or explore a new option, we’ll show you the actual cost and walk you through your options. No financial penalties, just flexibility.

You’ll be able to walk through your home virtually before it’s built, visualize design choices, and access your documents and project details anytime.
It’s all about planning and communication. We create a detailed build plan before construction begins, and we stay on top of every moving part. If something changes, we’ll communicate right away and adjust to keep your project moving forward.
Our fixed builder fee covers all project management, coordination, scheduling, communication, and supervision of your build. It’s the cost for our services, not materials or labor. Our builder fee stays the same no matter what finishes or selections you choose and whether or not you decide to make changes along the way.
Over the last 2 decades, we’ve built strong relationships with trusted trade partners who share our standards for quality and accountability. If their work doesn’t meet our expectations, it doesn’t move forward.
We’re fanatical about the details. Every stage of construction is personally reviewed by the owner. If something’s not right, it gets fixed—simple as that. Our homes stand the test of time because we hold ourselves and our subcontractors to higher standards.
Absolutely. We use digital design boards to help you visualize how your finishes, fixtures, and materials work together. That way, you can make decisions confidently and avoid second-guessing later.
No problem. We’ve worked with clients who live out of town during the build. With our digital systems, we can update you regularly, share photos and progress reports, and handle everything remotely.
Our relationship doesn’t end at closing. We’re here for you long after you move in. Whether you need a paint color, help lighting the fireplace, or advice on a future project, we’re just a call away. Many of our clients stay in touch for years, and we’re always happy to help.
Yes, though we recommend vendors we trust, we’re happy to work with suppliers or vendors you prefer. They must meet our quality standards and align with the project schedule.
