This 5,200 sq ft full custom Spanish Revival home overlooks Keystone Lake in Odessa, Florida. The homeowners had a specific vision in mind for this home—to create a family waterfront retreat, where multiple generations can come to relax and spend time together by the water.

The home includes two primary suites, one on each side of the house, along with three additional bedrooms with private baths, plus a separate pool bath. The great room is the heart of the home. Custom wood ceiling beams anchor the space and frame views out to the pool and lake. The large chef’s kitchen was designed for cooking and hosting family gatherings.

For our homeowners, a well-designed outdoor living space was just as important as the interior. The home features a pool, spa, fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen. A soft turf play area inside the lanai was added to give the grandkids a safe space to play while staying close to the pool and family. Panoramic screen panels were chosen so as not to distract from the gorgeous views of the lake.

This project was a perfect example of what building a full custom home really means. We worked closely with our clients to build their vision of a one-of-a-kind multi-generational home, designed specifically for the way they live and connect with their family.
